Not a native mobile app. Our web application is mobile-optimized and works perfectly in any browser. Native iOS/Android apps are planned for the future.
Not multi-language (yet). The current MVP is English-only. Multi-language support is on our roadmap for international properties.
Not advanced analytics. We provide essential metrics (resolution times, ticket volume). Advanced predictive insights and custom reports are planned post-MVP.
